The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of 360SPORTS FRANCE products

Email address
Gender
City and country
Phone brand and IP address
Address of your connected accessory (watch, app,…)
Email address of your Cryptocurrency wallet (excluding free-to-play mode)
Sports activity data (heart rate)

The collection and processing of this data serves the following purposes:

processing of sports activities
calculation of the reward according to the sports activity performed
management of the user account
customisation of the application
operation of the application

Article 2.2: Data collection method

When you use our products, the following data is automatically collected:

Phone brand and IP address

Other personal data are collected when you perform the following operations on our products:

When creating a user account
- Name and first name
- Email address
When synchronising with the connected object
- IP address of your connected accessory (watch, application,…)
- Sports activity data (heart rate)
When syncing with the crypto wallet
- E-mail address of your crypto-currency wallet (excluding free-to-play mode)

They are kept by the controller in reasonable security conditions, for a maximum period of 36 months.

Some data is collected via MORALIS (crypto-currency wallet, excluding free-to-play mode), TERRA (sports activities) and AWS (data hosting).

360SPORTS FRANCE products use “cookies”. These cookies are used to store information, including visitors’ preferences and the pages of the website that the visitor has accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the user experience by customizing the content of our Web page based on the visitor’s browser type and/or other information.
